By booking an appointment with Better Living Nutrition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payments: All payments for Personal Training and/or Nutrition Services must be made within 5 days of invoice date. Extensions are available upon approval by us.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you miss an appointment without giving 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the scheduled session (unless of emergency or special circumstances approved).
Appointments: If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time (and have not notified your practitioner/trainer that you will be late), you agree to pay the full price of your appointment and understand that your appointment will run shorter when you arrive.
Rescheduling: If you are late to your appointment, and have notified your practitioner/trainer, your practitioner/trainer still reserves the right to reschedule this appointment if deemed necessary. E.g. You will be 15 minutes late and this will cause the appointment scheduled directly after yours to start late.
Injury/Illness: You agree to inform Better Living Nutrition, to the best of your knowledge, of any injuries or illnesses (both current and previous) and agree to obtain medical clearance prior to commencement of training (if deemed necessary). Better Living Nutrition holds no liability for any injury/illness caused as a result of undisclosed information in our client form and pre-screening questionnaire.
Supplements/Medications: You agree to inform Better Living Nutrition of all supplements and medications you are taking. Better Living Nutrition holds no responsibility for any injuries/ illnesses caused due to interactions with any undisclosed supplements/medications.
Liability: You accept that participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury.
Release and Indemnity: We do not seek to limit or exclude liability for any injury caused by our negligence. The maximum liability of Better Living Nutrition to you shall be limited to the value of the charges paid by you to Better Living Nutrition.
Privacy Policy: Any personal information disclosed to Better Living Nutrition will be kept private. In the case of referrals to other professionals, relevant information may be disclosed to another professional but only with your approval and written consent.
